Symptoms of kidney disease

Symptoms of kidney disease 1. Acute nephritis syndrome: manifested by sudden onset of hematuria, proteinuria, oliguria, hypertension and renal hypofunction, of which hematuria is essential. Severe oliguria, hypertension and hyperalgesia can be accompanied by congestive heart failure, edema, sodium retention and acid-base balance imbalance, as well as central nervous system symptoms. If the above symptoms persist for more than 4-8 weeks and the condition keeps deteriorating, it may be acute glomerulonephritis. 2, nephrotic syndrome: the main manifestations are swelling, massive proteinuria (>3.5g/d), hypoproteinemia (<30g/L) edema and hyperlipidemia, etc. Large amounts of proteinuria and hypoproteinemia are necessary for diagnosis. 3, hypertension: can be seen insidious presence, but also can occur in acute symptoms, including headache, blurred vision, convulsions, heart failure, etc. There are two major types of hypertension caused by renal disease: 1. This is mainly due to excessive secretion of renin from narrowed renal arteries. 2, renal hypertension, mostly caused by bilateral glomerulopathy, tubular lesions, chronic pyelonephritis, etc. 4, asymptomatic urinary abnormalities: manifested as persistent proteinuria and/or hematuria. There is no hypertension, edema or azotemia. Many patients develop hypertension later, and renal function gradually decreases, eventually developing chronic renal failure. 5, chronic renal failure: glomerular filtration rate has decreased for a considerable period of time, manifested by anemia, nocturia, elevated blood creatinine, blood urea nitrogen, blood phosphorus, decreased blood calcium and reduced volume of both kidneys. It is a common regression of various kidney diseases that continue to develop. 6, urinary frequency - urinary discomfort syndrome: there are urinary frequency, urinary urgency, urinary pain and other signs of urinary tract irritation, can be accompanied by pus urine or bacteriuria, etc..
