HPV infection is usually caused by factors such as lack of personal hygiene or unclean sexual intercourse. It is necessary to go to the hospital for colposcopy and biopsy for pathological examination in order to clarify whether there are lesions in the cervical epithelium so that measures can be taken for symptomatic treatment. If the pathological examination result is negative, it indicates that the infection is in the early stage. By adjusting the daily routine, avoiding staying up late, eating a light diet and exercising properly, the immunity can be improved and may gradually turn negative. If the test result is positive, low grade lesions can be treated by physiotherapy of the cervix through microwave, laser, freezing or electrocautery to make the cervical lesions crust and necrosis fall off, and the wound surface is repaired to achieve the purpose of treatment. In case of high grade lesions, cervical conization can be done. Although HPV58 is a high-risk type, it is not very pathogenic and usually takes 5-10 years or more to cause disease. Married women should pay attention to gynecological checkups and go to the hospital in case of abnormalities to avoid delaying the disease.
