If there is pain in the anal area at night, it should be considered to be related to the change of position. If there is pain in the anal area due to lying down, it is mostly considered to be caused by local pressure, which is common in acute attacks of perianal abscess or anal fissure. If the pain is aggravated by local tissue pressure, further anal finger diagnosis or perianal ultrasound examination is needed to clearly identify the following: 1. anal fissure: treatment is needed to lubricate the stool and hot compress the local fissure with bitter ginseng lotion; 2. perianal abscess: to avoid further expansion of the abscess cavity or increased inflammation, patients are advised to undergo one-time radical surgery for perianal abscess as soon as possible; 3. Sudden pelvic or abdominal infection: further examination of perianal ultrasound is required, and anti-inflammatory symptomatic treatment is actively carried out.
