In the case of localised pain in the left lower abdomen accompanied by anal pain, depending on the duration of the pain and the number of times it is experienced, it is considered that it may be caused by acute inflammation of the intestine, which is frequent and prolonged, and the patient is advised to undergo further e-colonoscopy and related ancillary investigations to confirm the diagnosis and provide symptomatic treatment.
