The treatment methods of spontaneous pneumothorax mainly include the following: 1.conservative medical treatment: bed rest and minimize activities to help wound healing, meanwhile, moderate oxygen intake can promote pneumothorax reopening and also reduce pneumothorax triggering factors, such as constipation and cough; 2.closed thoracic drainage: applicable to those with poor results of conservative treatment or a large number of pneumothorax, do drainage tube followed by water seal bottle to drain pneumothorax; 3.surgical intervention: such as medical thoracoscopy or surgical thoracoscopy intervention treatment.
