How to correct fetal malposition

Patient: I had an ultrasound at 30 weeks of pregnancy that said it was breech, but now I am 32+4 and the doctor said I can’t feel where the baby’s head is, why can’t I feel that, and can I correct it if it is a malposition? How can I correct it? Doctor: Breech previa is a common abnormal fetal position. Before 30 weeks, breech presentation can be corrected on its own, but if it is still not breech after 30 weeks, it can be corrected by lying on the chest and knees twice a day for 15 minutes. With the help of the change of fetal center of gravity, it can mostly return to normal. If it is not effective after one week, in order to avoid the occurrence of cord entanglement and twisting, it is not recommended to continue the position correction. Let nature take its course, and if the position remains breech eventually, elective cesarean delivery can be chosen to reduce the risk of perinatal delivery.
