Is the head position still changing at 30 weeks of pregnancy?

The position of the fetus at 30 weeks of gestation is not yet fixed, although the gestational week is relatively large, if the fetus is still small or the amniotic fluid is large, the fetus still has room to move within the uterus, and the fetal position may change at this time. For example, the fetal position may change from cephalic to transverse, oblique or breech position. If the fetus is developing normally, usually after 32 weeks of pregnancy, the amniotic fluid is relatively reduced and the fetal position is basically fixed. If abnormal fetal position is found during the maternity examination, pregnant women can correct the fetal position by doing measures such as knee-chest position and external rotation before 34 weeks if there is no contraindication for fetal transfer. If the fetal position cannot be corrected, the pregnant woman is advised to let nature take its course and follow the doctor’s advice to choose the appropriate mode of delivery.
