There is a chance to correct the breech position of the fetus at 32 weeks of pregnancy. It is recommended that pregnant women can carry out postural exercises under the guidance of professional doctors, and then correct the fetal position. At present, the knee-chest position is more commonly used: 1. Before exercising, pregnant women should urinate, empty the bladder, and loosen the trouser belt, and kneel on the bed with both knees; 2. The two lower legs should be placed flat on the bed and slightly separated, keep the thighs vertical to the bed, bend the body to the bed, and put the chest as close to the bed as possible; 3. The abdomen is suspended, the hips are raised, the head is turned to one side, and the two arms are bent on both sides of the head. This can be done twice a day for about 15 minutes each time for 1 week. It can make the fetal hips exit the pelvis and make the fetal head down and hips up with the help of the change of fetal center of gravity, thus achieving the purpose of correcting the fetal position. Since 32 weeks is the late stage of pregnancy, the decrease in intrauterine amniotic fluid and the increase in the size of the fetus will lead to the restriction of fetal movement, therefore, the probability of turning the breech position into the head position in the late stage of pregnancy is low. In addition, if the umbilical cord is wrapped around the neck, these exercises cannot be performed. If the fetus is still in the breech position at full term, a cesarean section should be considered to reduce the risk to the mother and fetus.
