Cervical cancer is one of the three most common malignant tumors in gynecology. Cervical cancer is divided into 5 stages. stage 1b1 refers to cervical cancer lesions confined to the cervix, but the lesions are larger than microscopic stage 1a, and the diameter of the tumor lesions is less than 4 cm. for stage 1b1 cervical cancer, surgery is usually required and indicated. Extensive hysterectomy and lymph node dissection of the pelvic cavity and, if necessary, the para-aortic lymph node dissection are performed. If high-risk factors are found intraoperatively, adjuvant radiotherapy and chemotherapy will be administered if necessary. Patients with cervical cancer need to be detected, diagnosed and treated as early as possible.
