What should I look for in male infertility?

The first is genital physical examination to check the development, testicular infection, epididymitis, varicocele, etc.; then it is essential to check the semen analysis. It is necessary to do anti-sperm antibodies, trace elements, hormone levels, mycoplasma, chlamydia, chromosomes and so on. Patients should be reminded that they need to abstain from sex for 3-7 days before going to the hospital for examination, preferably without excessive alcohol consumption or sauna within 2 weeks.
