Surgery is not required for nephritis. The so-called nephritis is glomerulonephritis, a non-bacterial inflammation of the glomerulus caused by the involvement of immune factors, metabolic factors, and systemic systemic diseases and other etiologies. For example, primary glomerulonephritis, purpura nephritis, and lupus nephritis are due to glomerular damage caused by immune factors; diabetic nephropathy, hypertensive nephropathy, and gouty nephropathy are related to metabolic factors; and multiple myeloma nephropathy is a systemic disease. Regardless of the condition, it needs to be treated for the cause and generally requires the use of medications for treatment. Immune factor nephritis requires the use of glucocorticoids, metabolic factor nephritis may require drugs to control blood pressure, blood sugar and other indicators, while multiple myeloma may require chemotherapy drugs, all without surgery.
