Prognostic impact of acute leukemia

  1.Boys are worse than girls; 2.Children under the age of l and over the age of 9, and elderly people over the age of 60 are especially poor; 3.People with platelet counts <20×10-50×110/L before treatment; 4.People with leukocyte counts above 50×10-100×10/L before treatment; 5.People with FAB typing belonging to L1, L3, M4, M5, M6, M7; 6.Lymphocytes Leukemia immunophenotyping belongs to T-cell or certain B-cell type; 7. Those with certain chromosomal abnormalities, especially breakage and translocation, such as t(9;22); 8. Those with slow reduction of leukemia cells in bone marrow after treatment, taking longer time to reach remission or short remission time; 9. Those with more obvious hepatosplenomegaly or central nervous system leukemia.
