Through the previous introduction, we know that the five chakras specifically refer to: the meat chakra, blood chakra, air chakra, wind chakra, and water chakra, so what are they specifically? 1. The flesh chakra refers to the lid, which includes the skin, subcutaneous tissue, muscle, lid plate and conjunctiva of the eyelid. The spleen is the main muscle of the spleen, so it is called the meatus. Since the spleen and the stomach are cognate, diseases of the meatus are often blamed on the spleen and stomach. 2. The blood chakra refers to the two canthi including the anatomical canthal skin, conjunctiva, blood vessels and the tear folds, semilunar folds and tear dots of the inner canthus. The upper and lower eyelids have a blunt, rounded angle of intersection at the nasal joint, called the greater canthus, also known as the inner canthus; the temporal joint has a sharp, small angle of intersection, called the lesser canthus, also known as the acute canthus or outer canthus. The two canthi are in the heart, and the heart is the master of blood, so it is called the blood chakra. Because the heart and the small intestine are in close proximity to each other, the heart and small intestine are often blamed for blood wheel diseases. 3. The Qi chakra refers to the white eyes, including the anatomical bulbar conjunctiva and the anterior sclera. The white eye belongs to the lung and the lung is the master of qi, so it is called the qi chakra. Since the lung and large intestine are on top of each other, the lung and large intestine are often blamed for diseases of the chakras. In addition, the white eye surrounds the black eye and is closely connected to each other. The wind chakra refers to the black eye. In recent times, the wind chakra mainly refers to the anatomy of the cornea. The black eye is in the liver, and the liver is the master of wind, so it is called the wind wheel. Since the liver and gallbladder are in close proximity to each other, the liver and gallbladder are often blamed for wind diseases. In addition, the black eye is followed by the yellow eye, which is filled with Shen Shui, so the pupil god is located in the center of the yellow eye. 5, the water wheel refers to the pupil god The pupil god in a narrow sense refers exclusively to the anatomical pupil; the pupil god in a broad sense refers not only to the pupil, but also to the uvea, retina, optic nerve, as well as the atrial fluid, lens, vitreous humor, etc. The “water wheel” generally refers to the pupil in the broad sense, which is the main part of the eye that can see everything. The Five Chakras doctrine originally advocated that the pupil god belongs to the kidney, which is the master of water, and is therefore called the water chakra. Since the kidney and the bladder are cognate, the kidney and the bladder are often blamed for diseases of the water wheel. However, because of the complex structure of the pupil, the physiology and pathology of the pupil are not only related to the kidneys and bladder, but also to other internal organs, as proven by the practice of many ancient and modern physicians.
