The survival rate of oral cancer is mainly related to the early stage, late stage, local tumor size and the presence or absence of lymph node metastasis. The overall survival rate is as follows: when the size of oral cancer tumor is about 2cm, the 5-year survival rate is about 70%-80%; when the size of tumor is more than 2-4cm, the 5-year survival rate drops to 50%-60%; when the mass is more than 4cm, the 5-year survival rate drops to 20%-35%; if there is no lymph node metastasis in oral cancer, the 5-year survival rate is relatively high, generally 50%-70%; if there is lymph node metastasis, the 5-year survival rate drops significantly to 25%-35%. If there is lymph node metastasis, the 5-year survival rate decreases significantly to about 25%-35%.
