Early control of liver fibrosis

Liver tissue in the fibrotic stage can be reversed and returned to normal with the right intervention. However, liver tissue that has been cirrhotic is not easily reversible. When cirrhosis progresses to the point where the liver cannot afford normal synthesis, decomposition and other functions, lethal complications such as cirrhotic ascites, hepatorenal syndrome and hepatic encephalopathy will occur. A few of these serious cases occur as liver cancer, which is a difficult-to-treat tumor with a mortality rate at the top of tumor-based deaths. When the hepatitis B disease is in the immune tolerance stage, the progression of the disease is like a cart stationary on a slope, and the bottom of the slope is the abyss of death. The time from the top of the slope to the bottom of the slope is the time between hepatitis B infection and the onset of liver failure, which is about 30-60 years. During the immune tolerance period the hepatitis B virus is actively replicating, but the damage to the liver is mild and liver function tests are normal. When the immune tolerance phase progresses to the immune clearance phase, the patient’s liver is susceptible to damage and more than double the elevated glutathione and glutathione transaminases on liver function tests. At this point, the trolley begins to slide. At this point, the road ahead is an increasingly steep curve, and the cart will slide faster and faster, and may tumble down the hill from the curve at any time. The faster the car goes, the shorter the time it takes to reach the bottom of the slope, and the sooner death will come. This road is the one where the disease continues to progress, liver function is repeatedly or continuously abnormal, liver damage continues to worsen, and gradually develops into cirrhosis and liver cancer. It is not the only path, and about 3 – 5 percent of people can heal on their own. Anti-liver fibrosis treatment is putting brakes on this sliding cart. Timely braking slows the car down. It is a gradual process; once the cart slides, it slides faster and faster. The sooner the brakes are applied, the sooner the brakes are applied, the sooner the car can stop sliding, slow down sliding, and slow down sliding. Regardless of whether it is a major triplet or a minor triplet, the brakes should be applied in a timely manner. To keep hepatitis B under control in a timely manner, anti-fibrotic therapy must be administered as early as possible on top of antiviral therapy. For 95% of hepatitis B patients, anti-fibrotic treatment is one of the best options available and should be used throughout the treatment of hepatitis B patients. The earlier the anti-fibrotic treatment is given, the better it will work. Liver fibrosis is also a necessary path from hepatitis to cirrhosis, and it can be reversed. By holding this last line of defense, you can really win the opportunity to improve your quality of life.
