Word automaticity is a type of complex partial seizure. Mumbling, recitation or with grunting or laughter, repetition of phrases or utterances is common. The cause of the disease may be temporal lobe seizures, psychomotor seizures, epileptic discharges usually originate in the nucleus pulposus or also the medial lobe, the frontal can originate elsewhere, and the clinical presentation varies widely due to different origins, diffusion pathways and speed. Simple partial seizures (which can be long or short) may occur first, followed by impaired consciousness. What tests are required for mumbling repetitive spontaneous speech: 1. Determine if mumbling is present. 2. Determine the degree or type of mumbling. (1) The clinical classification method is mainly judged by giving words and various stimuli and observing the patient’s response. Such as calling their names, pushing and shaking their shoulders and arms, compressing the upper cut, needling the skin, talking to them and asking them to perform purposeful movements. (2) Glasgow coma scale assessment method This method is a method to assess the degree of impaired consciousness based mainly on the response to eye opening, verbal stimulation and command actions. 3.To determine the etiology of mumbling. 4.Diagnostic procedures for mumbling. (1) Focus on examination of neurological signs and signs of meningeal stimulation noting body temperature, respiration, pulse, blood pressure, pupils, sclera, facial features, lip color, oral and ear conditions, and odor of exhalation. (2) Laboratory tests such as blood picture, venous blood, urine, anal finger, stomach content, chest X-ray, ECG, ultrasound, cerebrospinal fluid, cranial uptake, CT and MRI, etc.
