Eat more vegetables and fruits rich in vitamin C, such as kiwi, dates, citrus, strawberries, green peppers, broccoli, etc., to strengthen the body’s resistance. Regularly consume foods rich in iron, such as animal liver, blood, snapper, peas, black beans, green vegetables, dates, etc. Pay special attention to dietary hygiene, food should be fresh, tableware should be clean, wash hands before and after meals, rinse your mouth after meals, and abstain from smoking and alcohol to avoid infections as much as possible.
