Grading of craniosynostosis

The grading of brain injury is convenient for evaluating the efficacy and prognosis, and is conducive to the identification of the injury. (A) according to the Glasgow coma scoring method: this scoring method is applicable to the clinical scoring of the injury, the assessment items are shown in the table below. Will be in 13 ~ 15 points as light; 9 ~ 12 points as medium; 6 ~ 8 points as heavy; 3 ~ 5 points for extra heavy. (2) Classification according to the severity of the injury 1, light: mainly refers to simple concussion, no skull fracture and loss of consciousness not more than 30 minutes, with mild headache, dizziness and other conscious symptoms, no obvious changes in the nervous system and cerebrospinal fluid examination. 2.Medium: mainly refers to mild cerebral contusion or small intracranial hematoma, with or without skull fracture and subarachnoid hemorrhage, no cerebral compression, coma within 6 hours, mild positive neurological signs, and mild changes in vital signs. 3.Heavy: mainly refers to extensive skull fracture, extensive brain contusion, brainstem injury or intracranial hematoma, coma for more than 6 hours, gradual worsening of consciousness or recurrent coma, with obvious positive neurological signs and obvious changes in vital signs. 4.Extra heavy: mainly refers to heavy primary brain injury, deep coma after the injury, with de-brain tonicity or with other parts of the organ injury, shock, etc. There has been advanced brain herniation, including double pupil dilatation, severe disorder of vital signs or respiration has nearly stopped.
