How many years a woman can live with hepatitis B

Women with hepatitis B whose liver function tests are normal and whose disease is normally well controlled will not usually have an impact on their life expectancy. However, once the disease is poorly controlled and liver fibrosis or even cirrhosis develops, life expectancy will be affected to a certain extent, and the specific survival time needs to be analyzed on a case-by-case basis. The survival time of female hepatitis B patients depends mainly on the disease status and whether they receive timely and correct treatment. Usually, mostly healthy carriers with normal liver function are recommended to do regular medical checkups every year, and their life expectancy usually does not differ much from normal people. If in the active phase of hepatitis B, early antiviral treatment is required, such as oral entecavir, tenofovir or propofol tenofovir antiviral treatment can be given, and after effective treatment, life expectancy after hepatitis control can be similar to normal people. However, if the inflammation is not controlled in time, hepatitis recurs and under the stimulation of long-term inflammation, the liver may become fibrotic and even develop to the stage of cirrhosis, resulting in a shorter survival period than normal, which may even be only five years or less. Women with hepatitis B need to pay attention to good living and eating habits, keep their mood happy and relaxed, and go to the liver disease department of the hospital for regular review, and actively cooperate with doctors if abnormalities are found.
