Most patients can retain their sexual function. Depending on the early stage of the patient’s disease, different treatment modalities are required. Patients with penile preservation surgery, laser treatment and radiation treatment can retain standing urinary function and sexual function, while patients with total penile excision cannot retain sexual function.
