  What should you do if you have a mental disorder?  The first emotional reaction to knowing that you have a mental disorder is often low self-esteem. In general, there are psychological hotlines, psychological counseling centers, psychological clinics or psychological clinics, psychiatric hospitals and psychiatric hospitals. Each of these psychological help resources has its own strengths and weaknesses, and patients with psychological disorders should choose to seek diagnosis according to the characteristics of their problems.  Generally speaking, urgent daily psychological crises, such as suicide, family disputes and transient psychological troubles, are suitable for temporary relief through psychological hotlines. Learning disabilities and mild social maladjustment are suitable for psychological counseling at a counseling center sponsored by social educators. Neurosis, personality disorders, and psychosexual disorders with a longer onset and a certain personality base are suitable for going to psychological clinics or psychological clinics to receive systematic psychotherapy. Major psychiatric disorders such as schizophrenia or manic-depressive disorder, on the other hand, are suitable for psychiatric hospitals during their onset and receive specialized treatment based on chemical drug therapy.
