What does depression xylophobia mean?

Patients with depression may experience reduced motor behavior and reduced verbal activity, but depressive rigidity is a condition in which motor behavior and verbal activity are completely suppressed in a state of severe depression. Patients show complete non-speech and inactivity, often maintaining a fixed posture throughout the day and lacking the proper response to surrounding stimuli, with dull, fixed facial expressions and no active eating. Some patients may even experience urinary and fecal retention, and to a lesser extent, may urinate and defecate on their own without anyone. Patients will be advised to take electroconvulsive therapy for depression xylophobia, which has a better effect on xylophobic depression.
