The gout patient’s mouth honey “foot” sword

With the improvement of living standards, we used to drink only plain water, but now many people like to have a “taste” of thirst quencher, and drinks bear the brunt of replacing the best water supplement, and some gout patients will be sugary drinks as water, drink five or six bottles every day. However, water is necessary for the human body, but drinks are not. Relying on beverages for hydration will only bring harm to the body. What is a sugary drink? Sugary beverages refer to beverages with artificially added monosaccharides (glucose, fructose) or disaccharides (sucrose, lactose or maltose) in the process of beverage production, including sugary carbonated beverages, fruit and vegetable juice drinks, sports drinks, tea drinks, dairy drinks, plant protein drinks and coffee drinks. Foreign beverages are generally divided into four categories: liquid milk, soft drinks, water and alcoholic beverages, including carbonated beverages, juice drinks, tea drinks, coffee drinks and sports drinks, etc.; China’s “General Rules of Beverages” does not have a classification of soft drinks. Soft drinks are natural or artificially prepared beverages with an alcohol content of less than 0.5% (mass ratio). If soft drinks contain added monosaccharides or disaccharides, they also belong to sugary drinks. Many people know that in order to reduce the risk of inducing gout and to reduce uric acid in the body, they should limit the intake of high purine foods. However, just doing this does not give people a “peace of mind”. According to research, a single intake of fructose-rich sweet drinks or fruits may also bring back gout! This is something that is often overlooked. The reason why sugar and gout are “related” turns out to be hidden in fructose. Fructose is a high-calorie substance, its metabolism is not the same as glucose, this “alternative” is more likely to increase fat, affect purine metabolism, a short period of time to consume a lot of fructose, in the body decomposition process, will produce uric acid, leading to gout attacks. Therefore, gout patients should drink with caution. If accompanied by obesity and overweight, the amount should be reduced again. Another study shows that sugary drinks also have an effect on blood pressure and blood lipids, so it is recommended that the public, whether children or adults, should not drink or drink less sugary drinks.
