Can multiple metastases be treated by a combination of Chinese herbal medicine?

Disease: Multiple metastases in liver, lung and lumbosacral spine Description of the disease (onset, main symptoms, hospital visited, etc.): In September 2010, due to pain, hospitalized CT examination revealed a 27 mm tumor on the liver, two liver puncture pathology back: hepatic bile duct hyperplasia, cell heterotype is not obvious, no division image, tends to be adenomatous hyperplasia, no cancer cells were found, a lot of necrotic material was seen in the smear, easy to see heavy nuclear heterogeneity No cancer cells were found. The pain disappeared after hepatoprotective and anti-inflammatory infusion treatment. Chest X-ray examination: a fibrous striated hyperdense shadow and a nodular hyperdense shadow were seen in the right upper lung field, and a small nodular hyperdense shadow was seen in the left middle lung field, and the examination concluded: metastatic tumor or tuberculosis ball in both lungs. In July 2011, CT scan + enhancement + 55 layers of the upper abdomen were examined. The examination revealed: multiple round-like low-density areas of varying sizes with indistinct margins were seen in the liver, the largest of which was 48*39 mm, with a CT value of 30 HU in the scan and mildly enhanced margins in the enhancement scan. The bile duct and pancreatic duct system were not dilated, and the size and density of the gallbladder, pancreas and spleen were normal. No enlarged lymph nodes were seen in the upper abdomen, and no peritoneal fluid was seen. Multiple areas of bone destruction were seen in the lumbosacral spine. The examination concluded that there were multiple metastases in the liver with increased lesions compared to September 2010. Multiple metastases in the lumbosacral spine. Another CT of the lungs was performed, plain + 3D, 30 layers, with the following imaging features: slightly more disorganized texture in both lungs, and striated and lattice-like hyperdense shadow with clear margins was seen in the posterior segment of the right upper lobe apices. The posterior segment of the right upper lobe and the posterior segment of the left upper lobe showed nodular hyperdensity shadow, with a size of about 2 cm and clear margins. Bilateral main bronchi were not seen to be still patent. No obvious enlarged lymph nodes were seen in the mediastinum. Multiple low-density nodular shadows were seen on the scan and in the liver. Diagnosis: 1. Fibrotic lesion in the posterior segment of the right upper lobe; 2. Bilateral pulmonary nodular shadow and multiple nodular shadow in the liver, metastasis was considered. However, blood was drawn for multiple tumor microarray and all indicators were within normal values. The patient is a male, 1.65 m tall, weighing about 45 kg. Currently, he has no symptoms of pain, cough or wheezing in the liver or lungs, but has symptoms of back pain. Previous treatment and effects: In September 2010, due to pain, he was hospitalized for CT examination and 27mm tumor on the liver. Two liver puncture pathology tests were performed which tended to be adenomatous hyperplasia, and the pain disappeared after liver preservation and anti-inflammatory infusion treatment and was discharged without any treatment. What kind of help do I want to get: I want to know if there is any hope to control the disease and prolong the life time by taking Chinese medicine? Since the patient is old and it is inconvenient to travel far to Beijing, I would like to take your Chinese medicine through online consultation. Thank you! The following answers to the patient: 1. About 60% of primary liver cancer have elevated AFP index, while 40% of patients do not have elevated AFP, which means that AFP is normal and does not exclude liver cancer. 2.Imaging examination suggests: double lung nodules and multiple nodules in the liver, which should be considered as multiple metastases of liver cancer in both lungs and lumbar spine. 3.Western medicine should be combined with Chinese and Western medicine to treat the metastasis, and western medicine should be used to suppress bone metastasis with Bonin 90mg IV once/month, and it has certain pain relief and anti-tumor effects. Chinese medicine, such as compound bitter ginseng and huachansu injection, should be used to detoxify and fight against cancer. 4.Orally take Jinlong capsule, Huaier granule, Jianshuanyi kidney punch (all have been listed).
