How long a patient can live in early stage of liver cancer is mainly related to treatment, individual patient factors and nursing measures, which should be analyzed on a case-by-case basis. If liver cancer patients are found early and there are no obvious intrahepatic metastases or distant metastases in the early diagnosis, they should actively choose surgery. After surgery, patients can also choose some adjuvant therapies, such as anti-hepatitis virus treatment, interventional therapy, etc., which can effectively reduce the probability of recurrence. In other words, some early stage liver cancers can be completely cured through standard treatment, while some early stage liver cancers with adverse prognostic factors (such as large local tumor, peripheral vascular invasion, etc.) still have the probability of recurrence and metastasis after surgery. Therefore, patients with early stage liver cancer should be actively treated together. After treatment, regular review should be standardized, because some recurrent cases may be cured again through standardized treatment if they are found in time.
