Breast nodules with poorly defined borders and irregular patterns

If a nodule in the breast is found to have poorly defined borders and irregular shape, surgery should be promptly chosen to remove the lesion for pathological examination, as this is a common manifestation of malignant tumors of the breast. The occurrence of malignant tumors in the breast has an obvious family genetic predisposition, especially in patients with high-risk factors, and can be combined with breast MRI examination before surgery if necessary. The most effective treatment for malignant tumors of the breast is surgery, which is traditionally performed as a modified radical mastectomy or as a radical surgery with breast preservation. After surgery, many breast cancer patients need endocrine therapy because breast cancer is a disease caused by endocrine disorders, and they need regular review after surgery, including local ultrasound and chest CT, and even tumor markers and other related laboratory tests.
