Some of the thyroid nodules can be cured, while others can be controlled with treatment, but are difficult to cure. Diseases in which thyroid nodules are the main manifestation include autoimmune diseases of the thyroid gland, inflammatory diseases of the thyroid gland, and tumors. If a thyroid nodule is benign, it can be followed up without treatment, and there is no specific treatment available. Adenomas of the thyroid gland are benign tumors of the thyroid gland. The affected thyroid gland or the thyroid gland with adenoma can be removed. Patients with early stage thyroid cancer can undergo radical surgery and some patients can be cured. In case of advanced thyroid cancer, most of them cannot be cured.
