In China, the incidence of prostate cancer has been increasing year by year. Radical prostate cancer surgery is a good treatment for earlier, low-risk prostate cancer. We routinely perform laparoscopic radical prostate cancer surgery with less surgical trauma, faster postoperative recovery and fewer complications, which has been carried out in the clinic for many years and achieved good results. Endocrine therapy (androgen blockade) has a good effect and the average tumor control time is 2-3 years, however, when the tumor progresses to the destructive resistance stage, the ideal treatment is lost. Polyteneza chemotherapy is effective, but tumor control is poor.
