Hepatitis B virus is mainly transmitted through blood, body fluids, and mother-to-child transmission. In daily life, if you are accidentally contaminated by the blood or body fluids of hepatitis B patients and have broken skin, you should take measures to prevent infection. 1. Immediately flush the contaminants and wounds, and squeeze out the dirty blood when the wounds are obvious. Iodine and alcohol have little effect on the hepatitis B virus, but can prevent the wound from being infected by bacteria. 2, immediately go to the hospital to take blood tests for hepatitis B two halves and liver function. Of course, even if really infected immediately check the hepatitis B two half will not appear positive (unless the blood transfusion into the infection), just check the hepatitis B two half to provide help to the physician later treatment. (1) If you have been vaccinated against hepatitis B, and the titer of hepatitis B surface antibody (anti-HBs) is more than 10mlu/ml, you can leave it alone, because the high titer antibody can remove the hepatitis B virus. (2) If you have been vaccinated against hepatitis B but the titer of hepatitis B surface antibody is less than 10mlu/ml, you should immediately inject “anti-hepatitis B immunoglobulin” (200~400IU), and at the same time, you should inject “hepatitis B vaccine” in different parts of the body. (3) If you have not received Hepatitis B vaccine, or you have received Hepatitis B vaccine but do not know the status of the surface antibody, you should immediately receive an injection of Anti-Hepatitis B Immunoglobulin (200~400 IU), and Hepatitis B Vaccine should be injected into different parts of the body at the same time. (4) “Hepatitis B vaccine” should be injected according to the regular procedure: 20ug, one injection on the same day, the second injection at 1 month, and the third injection at 6 months. (3) After the above treatment, repeat the examination of Hepatitis B half-pair and liver function at 3 months and 6 months.
