Patients with thyroid nodules can eat tofu normally. The onset of thyroid nodules is related to diet, but tofu is a soy product and does not have much effect on the occurrence of thyroid nodules. Thyroid nodules are the most common clinical condition in thyroid surgery, with the typical symptoms being an occupying lesion in the thyroid gland, which can be clarified by ultrasound or thyroid CT examination. The onset of thyroid nodules is closely related to the following causes: 1. Studies have shown that a history of previous radiation exposure to the neck is the main cause of thyroid nodules; 2. If the thyroid nodules are significantly enlarged or have a diameter of more than 1cm, they need to be surgically removed in time and sent for pathological examination to clarify, so thyroid nodules can eat tofu normally.
