What is the pathology room of primary liver cancer

Primary hepatocellular carcinoma is divided into three types according to pathology: hepatocellular carcinoma, which accounts for 88%; bile duct cell carcinoma; and mixed carcinoma, which has both hepatocellular and bile duct cell carcinoma. There are also three types according to morphology: giant, diffuse, and nodular. Small hepatocellular carcinoma is defined as a single cancer mass less than 3 cm in diameter or two less than 3 cm in diameter combined. The course of primary hepatocellular carcinoma is usually 2 years, but clinically it is often only 6 months from detection to death, because at least 1.5 years have passed from asymptomatic to symptomatic in its early stage. Clinically, it is rarely detected during health checkups. The earlier liver cancer is detected, the better the treatment is. Treatment methods include hepatic artery embolization, chemotherapy, anhydrous alcohol sclerosis, surgery, liver transplantation, etc.
