Every year, there are about 500,000 new primary liver cancer patients in China, and most of the clinically diagnosed liver cancer patients are in the middle or late stage, and the surgical resection rate is only about 20%. Early discovery, early treatment, comprehensive treatment and standardized treatment are the keys to improve the therapeutic efficacy. Early detection, early treatment, comprehensive treatment and standardized treatment are the keys to improve the curative effect. Surgery is the first choice of liver cancer treatment, and the 5-year survival rate of early-stage patients can reach 70-90%, while patients who cannot or do not want to undergo surgery are preferred to receive interventional therapy, and microwave, radiotherapy, radiofrequency and other therapies are good treatments. Liver cancer that cannot be treated by surgery can be treated by repeated interventional therapy, radiotherapy or selective portal vein embolization before surgery. Most of the patients with recurrence after surgery can still be treated with surgery, intervention and microwave again. In order to improve the therapeutic efficacy and reduce the chance of post-surgical recurrence, post-surgical treatment can be supplemented with intervention, hepatic artery, portal vein perfusion chemotherapy and traditional Chinese medicine anti-cancer treatment. Regardless of the treatment method, regular follow-up should be conducted.
