Patient: The patient is a male, 37 years old, previously in good health with a history of minor triad. Last April, a mass was found in the right chest wall, which was surgically removed at Changchun Sino-Japanese Hospital and immunohistochemistry was done, suggesting that it was hepatocellular metastatic carcinoma without treatment. Later, another mass was found in the sacral spine, and many hospitals were asked, and surgery could not be done. Gamma knife surgery was done in the hospital and the pain was reduced. I would like to know if minimally invasive surgery can be done to remove the sacral swelling. Doctor: Removal of bone malignant tumor is not advocated as minimally invasive because we require extensive resection.
