He has been teaching the young physicians the interventional techniques by hand at the operating table, strictly demanding the operation standard for the young and middle-aged physicians, encouraging them to develop the interventional diagnosis and treatment ideas, and carrying out a lot of innovations and improvements, which has greatly improved the success rate of respiratory cavity interventional therapy.
