In order to further improve the level of Putonghua of the hospital staff, make the medical and nursing staff consciously use Putonghua in public occasions, and reduce the inconvenience and contradiction brought by the language gap, on April 17th, “Putonghua and Speech Skills Lecture of Shandong Qianfoshan Hospital” was held in the No.3 Building of Internal Medicine Department, which was organized by the Department of Respiratory Medicine of the hospital and the branch of the Party of Public Service of the hospital. The lecture invited lecturer Zhou Dawei from Shandong Art Institute to train the staff of the hospital, and more than 100 people, including the heads of several functional departments and medical staff, participated in the study. The organizer of this training, Zhang Caiqin, director of respiratory department, who is the main committee member of the Zhigong Party branch of the hospital, said that the hospital has provided a good platform for this training and an opportunity to learn Putonghua, and that in the future, we must always improve our ideological understanding and level of Putonghua, so as to make the departments and divisions form a strong atmosphere and a good public opinion environment for speaking Putonghua well and in a good way. As a service industry, we have to come into contact with patients from different regions every day, and facing various dialects, standardized Putonghua has become the only means of clear and smooth communication with patients. As a window industry, we have to face patients of all levels every day, and an appropriate pronunciation and speech style become the primary means to create a personal image. Although it is easy to speak Putonghua, but to speak standardized words, speak “good sound” is not an overnight thing, the trick to speak good Putonghua is to “stick to it”, as long as the daily work, life, master the skills, actively say, actively practicing, day after day, I believe that our level of Putonghua will be improved in the future.
