What do people actually see a second before they die?

Dr. Raymond A. Moody, a renowned American psychologist, attempted to unravel the truth about death after studying 150 cases of near-death experiencers who came back to life after experiencing “clinical death”. In the statements of these people’s “near-death experiences”, there is an inescapable similarity – I summarize them into 10 items, which are arranged in the order of the appearance of their feelings. 1. Knowledge of death: The person hears the doctor or someone else present make a clear announcement of his or her death. He or she feels that the physical exhaustion has reached its limit. 2. Pleasant experience: In the early stages of the “near-death experience”, there is a feeling of peace and tranquility, pleasant. First, there is pain, but this pain is short-lived, followed by the realization that one is suspended in a dark dimension. He is surrounded by one of the most comfortable sensations he has ever experienced. 3. Strange sounds: In the “near-death” or “death” moments, there are strange sounds that drift in and out. A young woman said she heard a tune similar to music, which is a wonderful tune. 4. Entering a black hole: Some people have reported feeling that they were suddenly pulled into a dark space. You will begin to feel something, it’s like a cylinder without air, it feels like a transition zone, on one side is the present world, on the other side is the foreign world. 5. Language limitation: They tried their best to tell others about the predicament they were in, but no one heard them. One woman said, I tried to talk to them, but no one could hear me. 6. Soul disembodiment – finding oneself standing somewhere outside the body observing one’s shell. A man who fell into the water recalled that he detached himself from his body and was alone in a space as if he were a feather. 7. Time disappears: the feeling of time disappears in the disembodied state. Someone recalled that he had been in and out of his physical body constantly during that time. 8. Sensory sensitivity: The senses of sight and hearing were more sensitive than before. One man said that he had never seen so clearly before, and that his level of vision was incredibly enhanced. 9. He was accompanied by a “man”: At this time, another “man” appeared around him. This “person” either came to assist them in their peaceful transition to the land of the dead, or to tell them that the death knell had not yet sounded, and that they had to go back and stay for a while. 10. Looking Back: At this time, the person will take a panoramic view of his or her life. When the person describes it in chronological terms, it is “scene after scene, moving in chronological order of events, even as some of the feelings and emotions of the time are re-experienced along with the images”.
