The irregular shape of breast nodules cannot exclude the possibility of malignancy. When visiting the hospital, you often see nodules in the breast, described as regular or irregular, and regular is generally described as round, smooth, and with clear borders. If the morphology is irregular and the nodule is found to be burr-like, clustered, angular or calcified, malignancy cannot be ruled out at this point and it is recommended that puncture or direct surgical removal be done. If the irregular breast nodule is malignant, in most cases it belongs to breast cancer, which may cause serious consequences in the future, so puncture or surgical excision and frozen pathological examination are recommended. If it is a benign nodule, removal will solve the problem. If it is a malignant nodule, treatment should not be delayed after diagnosis and surgery is needed as soon as possible.
