What are the clinical manifestations of dermatophytosis?

  Also known as soft fibroma, soft wart, is a benign tumor with a tip. Clinical manifestations: 1. Most often found in middle-aged and elderly people, with no conscious symptoms; 2. normal skin color, pinpoint to soy size, tipped, soft; 3. clinically divided into two types: multiple and isolated.  (The lesions are small, furrowed papules, only 1-2 mm long and wide, and can grow in a filiform manner with soft protrusions.
