It is clinically difficult to predict the exact day of ovulation after menstruation. First of all, you need to know your menstrual cycle and the number of days you have your period, so this time period is not commonly used in clinical practice to predict ovulation. If you have regular periods, you can calculate the time of your next period according to your menstrual cycle. Ovulation usually occurs about 14 days before the next menstrual period, during which sex is more likely to result in conception. The symptoms of female ovulation are mainly manifested in the following aspects, which can be judged according to their own symptoms: 1, elevated basal body temperature: if women continue to measure their body temperature every day, they will find that the body temperature during the ovulation period is higher than the usual temperature of about 0.6 ℃, which can be accompanied by leukorrhea, and some women will feel a slight bloating and pain in the abdomen; 2, emotional changes: a small number of women in the ovulation period, emotional changes are obvious, and it is easy to inexplicably depressed or excitement, libido fluctuations; 3, ovulation pain: some women will have ovulation pain, as one of the symptoms of ovulation. Due to the increase of prostate in the body during ovulation, the pressure of the follicular fluid cavity increases, the ovarian surface ruptures and the egg is discharged, therefore, some sensitive women can experience pain in the lower abdomen, and the pain can last for 6-12 hours.
