Interventional treatment of several complex cases of advanced liver cancer

Liver cancer is a common malignant tumor, which lacks typical symptoms in early stage. Common clinical symptoms are pain in liver area, mostly persistent dull pain, stabbing pain or swelling pain, atypical systemic and gastrointestinal symptoms in early stage, and symptoms such as anemia, jaundice, ascites, subcutaneous bleeding, swelling of lower limbs and cachexia in late stage. Hepatocellular carcinoma may also cause complications such as hepatic coma and upper gastrointestinal bleeding. 1.Complicated splenic artery aneurysm Embolization of aneurysm to remove the “bomb” first; then embolization of liver cancer intervention; 2.Ruptured bleeding of portal hypertension and esophagogastric fundic varices Embolization of percutaneous esophagogastric fundic varices first, followed by liver cancer intervention; 3.Cancer embolism of main trunk and branches of portal vein If the obstruction is serious, portal vein molding (balloon dilation + stent implantation) and iodine-125 particle implantation can be performed; 4. Then withdraw the catheter to the fistula for embolization (mostly using embolization materials such as alcohol, embolization particles, TH gel, spring ring, etc.); 6.
