What should I do if I don’t have diarrhea but have vague stomach pains?

There are many reasons for vague stomach pain, mostly due to stomach diseases or intestinal colic, the most common cause being chronic gastritis, which can be treated with intestinal mucosal protectors such as omeprazole sodium or gastric suction granules. If the abdominal pain is not accompanied by diarrhea, but accompanied by vomiting, acid reflux, nausea and other uncomfortable symptoms, it is mostly due to stomach diseases, such as gastritis, reflux esophagitis, etc. If it is also related to the time of eating, if the pain is obvious when eating or fasting, it may be peptic ulcer. If the symptoms are not significantly relieved or even aggravated after taking oral medication, you should go to the hospital to improve the abdominal ultrasound, blood count, abdominal plain film and other tests to further clarify the cause. Women patients with menstruation-related pain may also have menstruation-related pain. If there is no relief within 2 days, the patient can be seen in a hospital for further diagnosis and treatment.
