Vascular neuropathic headache, also known as tension headache, is mostly caused by mental tension, anger and long-term ambulatory work, and the main symptoms are persistent dull pain, pressure and heaviness in the head. The nature of headache is dull pain, swelling, pressure, numbness and band-like tightness. Some patients may have persistent headaches for years and years, and some patients may even have symptoms going back 10 to 20 years. In fact, the vast majority of vascular neuropathic headaches are caused by the cervical spine, also known as cervicogenic headache. In the past, headache was thought to be produced by the nerves and blood vessels in the head under the action of pathogenic factors. In recent years, the research on the anatomy of the cervical nerve and the central afferent mechanism of its terminals has continuously deepened the understanding of the mechanism of the occurrence of cervicogenic headache and guided the improvement of clinical diagnosis and treatment. After more than ten years of research and practice, I have concluded a set of techniques different from the treatment of general cervical spondylosis, and after treating hundreds of people with cervicogenic headache (neurovascular headache and migraine), the effect is remarkable. This method has the characteristics of short treatment time, fast onset of action, remarkable curative effect, no pain and easy acceptance by patients.
