Conservative treatment of cervicogenic headache mainly by manual therapy?

There are many causes of headaches in daily life, and we encounter many patients with headaches in our outpatient treatment. The causes of headaches are intracerebral, high blood pressure, high intraocular pressure, paranasal sinusitis, and so on. What I am talking about here is cervicogenic headache, that is, headache caused by cervical spondylosis, which includes disorders of small joints of the cervical spine and the surrounding soft tissues, causing symptoms such as insufficient blood supply to the head, pain and discomfort in the head after nerve stimulation and compression. The reason is that the nerves from C1-3 cervical vertebrae are innervated to the head, and the scapular raphe is injured at the starting point of the superior scapula, resulting in orbital pain after prolonged head bowing. We use manipulation to loosen the muscles and other soft tissues, and then reposition the small joint disorder, followed by semiconductor laser treatment, canning, and medication. After nearly 20 years of clinical treatment, we have treated hundreds of patients with very good results. Here is an example, in July 1998, when I was working in Xingcheng Sanatorium of the General Armament Department, an aunt accompanied her lover from Nanjing to Xingcheng Sanatorium, her lover had prostatitis and I treated him for prostatitis. felt the magic of Chinese medicine manipulation treatment. So she told me that she had been having headaches for 30 years, and that the treatment was ineffective, and that there was no problem with her head, and asked me if I could cure her headaches. At that time, I thought to myself that since she had no problems with the head examination and the medication was not effective, I asked her if you had examined the cervical spine? Have you ever treated the cervical spine? After asking her medical history and diagnosing her C1-3 cervical spine problem, I said that 100/100 can cure your headache, and a course of 10 times can cure it. That would be good, but I actually forgot about it long ago. In 2005, she suffered from lumbar disc herniation and sought treatment from me, at that time I came to do health care treatment for the head, she found my contact method through various methods, at that time the sanatorium leadership did not tell her how to contact me, she went to the sanatorium leadership through the Shenyang Military District leadership and said she was my patient, because the sanatorium was handed over to the Shenyang Military District management in 2004. Then she came to Beijing and once she met, she said it was too hard for a doctor to find you, I really believe you. I said auntie I have long forgotten about treating your headache because there are too many patients treated, her back pain was treated 5 times and she got better, told her to strengthen her exercise after she returned to Nanjing, her effect is now very good and we are still in touch often. What I am saying is that we should not always think of problems in the brain when we have headaches, because there are many cervicogenic headaches, far more than other causes, and finally, I wish you all good health and happiness!
