Modified small incision for carpal tunnel syndrome

Carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS) is the most common wrist disorder, commonly manifested as numbness and discomfort in the fingers or the entire upper extremity, especially at night. We use modified small incision surgery for cases of idiopathic CTS (i.e., not tumors, no specific lesions in the carpal tunnel, etc.), with precise results, quick surgery (10-15 minutes), low cost (no special instruments used), local anesthesia surgery, and no hospitalization.
