Chronic headache is divided into two categories: primary and secondary. Primary refers to attacks of 15 days or more without organic diseases, including migraine, tension headache, cluster headache; secondary headache refers to the involvement pain secondary to cranial trauma, cervical spine disease, encephalitis, cerebrovascular disease. The etiology is divided into the following aspects: 1, continuous mental stress: including interpersonal relationships, life event stress, and work stress; 2, cervical spine fatigue: often occurs in tailors and computer workers; 3, head and neck trauma: not healed for more than three months is called chronic headache; 4, vasodilation or pulling: such as poorly controlled hypertension; 5, diseases of the five senses; 6, dietary factors: such as wine, black tea, coffee, and chocolate can induce headache attack; 7. Primary headache: not taken proper treatment plan and turn into chronic headache.
