Clinically, patients are usually given anti-inflammatory treatment first according to the imaging changes, and antibacterial treatment is usually given, as the secretion of sputum in the lung appears to be bacterial on examination, but the patient’s symptoms will be alleviated and completely cured after the use of antibacterial agents, but the disease recurs soon, and the lesion can usually be seen through bronchial fiber endoscopy, and a biopsy is taken for pathological examination to find cancer cells. This particular type of lung cancer is pneumonia type lung cancer, which is easily misdiagnosed clinically.
