Running time to the evening is appropriate, the speed should be at least 120 steps per minute, the frequency for at least 3 times a week, each time a continuous run 30 to 50 minutes.  2, jump rope: on the one hand, jump rope can increase the coordination of the human body; on the other hand, because in the process of jumping rope, the head needs to move up and down quickly, can effectively strengthen the vestibular function. These can produce a good psychological feeling, improve self-confidence. Jump rope speed for 30 ~ 60 times per minute, once every other day, each time last 10 minutes.  3, walk: try to choose to walk in a beautiful, quiet environment, can improve cardiorespiratory function and improve oxygen uptake at the same time, make people feel happy.
