There is no clear and effective therapy for Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, which is usually to monitor thyroid function and take thyroxine pills as appropriate under medical supervision if decreased thyroid function is present.
Hashimoto’s thyroiditis combined with thyroid cancer should also be treated aggressively with surgery and post-operative follow up and follow-up as prescribed by the physician, and the treatment principles are the same as for patients without thyroiditis.
