Recently, Indian generic drugs have been available to patients and treatment regimens can be developed based on genotype. Genotypes 1, 4, 5/6 can be treated with a 12-week regimen of Sofosbuvir + Radiprevir. Genotypes 2 and 3 can be treated with sofosbuvir + ribavirin for 12 weeks for type 2 and 24 weeks for type 3. Sofosbuvir + daclatasvir for 12 weeks is available for any genotype, and this regimen is generally used for patients.
