A good way to treat lymph nodes

Lymph nodes are usually the result of enlargement of lymph nodes. Lymph nodes are distributed throughout the body and cannot be seen or touched by the naked eye, but when certain diseases occur, swollen lymph nodes can be treated by general treatment, medication or surgery according to the patient’s specific condition. If the lymph nodes are small, <1cm, soft, no lesion at the enlarged area, and other examinations such as blood cells, bone marrow cells, and adjacent organs are not abnormal, and do not affect normal life, no special treatment is needed. Daily rest, avoid staying up late, combine work and rest, eat a healthy diet, improve resistance, and observe regularly are sufficient. However, if obvious enlargement occurs, pathological examination of lymph nodes should be done in time to clarify whether there is malignant lesion, so as not to delay the disease; 2. Drug treatment: If lymph nodes are caused by local inflammation in the body, such as tonsillitis and gingivitis, symptomatic treatment can be carried out by anti-inflammatory drugs such as cephalosporin and metronidazole, and ultrasound examination can also be done if necessary. Usually the lymph nodes will gradually shrink or disappear after the local inflammation is cleared. If the lymph nodes are caused by lymph node tuberculosis, which often occurs in the neck, armpit, groin and other parts of the body, anti-tuberculosis treatment can be applied under the guidance of the doctor, and the patient's condition can be treated by choosing isoniazid, rifampin, levofloxacin, cycloserine and other drugs. 3. Surgery: If the lymph nodes have septic infection, they need to be treated by surgical incision and drainage of pus. If the lymph nodes are obviously enlarged and have the tendency of malignant transformation, the nodes can be removed surgically and can be treated with post-operative adjuvant chemotherapy, radiotherapy, targeted therapy, immunotherapy and other methods according to the specific conditions of the patients; 4.Other: For small benign lymph nodes, the treatment can be done by applying anti-inflammatory drugs, such as anti-inflammatory powder, which can play the role of anti-inflammation and pain relief. You can also treat tuberculous lymphadenitis by applying streptomycin after removing the fistula tissue, which can play an anti-inflammatory and anti-infective role. If the lymph nodes have not yet formed abscesses, closure therapy can also be used, and commonly used drugs include penicillin and procaine. In addition, for lymph nodules for which drug therapy is ineffective, biological agents can be applied to immunosuppressants.
